Who it's for
This is for small business owners who are good at what they do, are bringing money in, and still
aren't sure how much they can safely pay themselves.
You don't need to be a numbers person, and you don't need to bring anything. I'll be using
examples throughout, so there's nothing to get ready.
ABOUT TRACY
I've been exactly where you are.
I've been in finance since 1996. I built my own accountancy practice from 2002 and sold it in 2024, and in 2015 I became the first Profit First Professional in the UK and was named Profit First Professional Member of the Year.
Over the years I've adapted that method for UK businesses into Pay
Yourself First. These days I'm a business mentor, helping business owners connect their numbers to the life they actually want, so they have a business that works for them rather than the other way round.

What if I can't make it live?
You'll get the recording. It's more useful live, because you can ask me your questions, but you won't miss out.
Do I need to be good with spreadsheets?
No. If you can type a number into a box, you'll be fine.
Will I need to share my figures?
No. I'll use examples on screen, and you'll put your own numbers into the spreadsheet privately afterwards.
I'm a sole trader, is it still for me?
Yes. In fact, it's most useful for people who are the whole team, because you're the one who usually gets paid last.
